Susan brings over 25 years of dedicated experience in co-operative housing to her role as Senior Property Manager at RCMS. Prior to joining the company, she served as an Independent Co-op Staff Manager, where she developed a deep understanding of community governance, resident relations, and operational oversight. Her long-standing commitment to the sector is underscored by her accreditation from the Institute of Housing Management (IHM).
Since joining RCMS, Susan has brought her wealth of expertise and leadership to the forefront. Starting as a Property Manager, her outstanding performance, collaborative spirit, and strong service ethic quickly earned her a promotion to Senior Property Manager.
In her current role, Susan is responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of communities, ensuring that each property is managed with care, precision, and accountability.
