Linda is a cornerstone of the RCMS operations team, bringing leadership, organization, and a deep understanding of administrative processes to her role as Administration Manager. Starting her journey with RCMS as a Housing Administrator, Linda’s dedication and performance quickly earned her promotions to Junior Administration Manager and eventually to her current senior leadership position.

Today, Linda oversees a dynamic administrative team that provides vital support to both RCMS staff and clients. Her department plays a critical role in ensuring internal efficiency, onboarding and training new team members, and upholding the highest standards of quality control across all managed sites.
