Ivor brings a global perspective and a client-first mindset to his role at RCMS, backed by more than a decade of international experience in the hospitality industry. During his time in the hotel sector, Ivor worked around the world, building a deep understanding of customer service, cultural sensitivity, and operational excellence while managing diverse teams and clientele.

Following his hospitality career, Ivor transitioned into property management with a focus on student housing in Hamilton, where he further sharpened his ability to handle dynamic housing environments with professionalism and care. His approachable nature, strong ethical standards, and commitment to honest communication have earned him the trust of both residents and colleagues alike.

As an accredited member of the Institute of Housing Management and a Registered Condominium Manager, Ivor combines industry knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver consistent, high-quality service to the communities under his care.
