Kimberly Fox has been an integral part of RCMS since June 2008, bringing a strong foundation in customer service from her retail background into the property management industry. She began her journey as a Housing Administrator at Northview Meadow Co-operative—Durham Region’s largest co-op—where her organizational strength and attention to detail quickly set her apart. In 2012, she was promoted to Property Manager, and by 2014, she advanced to the role of Senior Property Manager.

With over 15 years of experience, Kimberly has developed a deep understanding of all operational roles within RCMS. Her ability to lead complex capital projects, navigate funding applications, and deliver strategic property solutions has consistently improved outcomes for clients. She has successfully overseen numerous large-scale renovations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to residents.
